Add Email Addresses from a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet |

| 1. Open the Excel spreadsheet containing the email addresses. |

| 2. Copy the cells containing the email addresses by clicking the "Edit" toolbar, followed by "Copy," or by using the "Control"+"C" keyboard keys. The document should contain one email address per line for the copy to work properly. |

| 3. Open Outlook and open the distribution list to which you wish to add the addresses. |

| 4. Click the "Select Members" box from the upper-right corner. |
| |
| 5. Place the cursor on the line beside "Members." Clicking the line will place the cursor. |

| 6. Paste the email addresses by clicking the "Edit" toolbar, followed by "Paste," or by using the "Control"+"V" keyboard keys. Click "OK." |
