There were no limits on the size of the lists, what should or should not have been included, or any rules about what qualified as spam.
That was because spam didn’t exist as a concept until those first solutions really gained in popularity. | -› As a safety measure avoid buying email addresses from any vendor. Most of these email addresses will be far away from your target audience and the risk of your mails being termed as spam increases |
