How your SMTP server count email sent? |

| An email sent to multiple recipients counts as multiple emails. So if you enter 5 email addresses in your "To:" field, and also enter 4 other addresses in your "CC:" field, that counts as sending 9 emails. |

| 1) Each individual recipient's name must be placed at the top of each email (for example, 'Dear NAME'). This helps ensure any list used is opt-in. |

| 2) An opt-out link must be placed at the bottom of each email which will allow the recipient to immediately remove themselves from the maillist. |

| 3) Emails must not be sent to any purchased list of email addresses. |
